Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 June 2026
By using ModelDen you agree to these terms. ModelDen is an early, free, informational tool.
What ModelDen provides
ModelDen estimates which local AI models are likely to run well on a given graphics card. Every recommendation carries an honesty label telling you whether the numbers are benchmarked (from real runs) or estimated from similar hardware. Estimates are best-effort and may be wrong. Use them as guidance, not a guarantee.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any model will run, fit, or perform as estimated on your specific system, which depends on drivers, settings, and configuration outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModelDen is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its recommendations.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication, no circumventing rate limits, and no unlawful use.
The rankings, fit estimates, quality indices, and compiled datasets on ModelDen are the product of our own collection, calibration, and editorial work. You’re welcome to view and share individual results, but you may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the data, nor reproduce, resell, or republish a substantial portion of it — including to train models or to build a competing dataset or service — without our written permission.
Data attribution
Benchmark performance data is adapted from LocalScore, used under the Apache-2.0 license. Model identity data comes from public catalogs. We never present an estimate as a benchmarked result.
Changes
ModelDen is under active development and these terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
